If patients are uninsured, they must provide their social security number, or a copy of their driver’s license or state issued ID. Remain at home until symptoms have improved AND you have had no fever for the last 24 hours, without the use of fever reducing medication AND wear a mask around others for 10 days from initial symptoms/positive test. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, you are asked to isolate for at least 5 DAYS after your symptoms begin or 5 DAYS after testing positive if you had no symptoms. Release of Isolation: Residents should follow CDC Guidelines and City of El Paso Health Department Guidelines. The City is asking individuals that test positive for COVID-19 to fill out and submit a self disclosure form.
